Services Offered
Anic Proulx provides life coaching services and personal development programs designed to support your growth, self-awareness, and goal achievement. These services are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or legal consultation.
Client Responsibility
- Coaching is a collaborative process. Your success depends on your commitment, active participation, and application of strategies discussed during sessions.
- You agree to communicate openly and honestly throughout the coaching relationship.
3. Confidentiality
- All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law (e.g., harm to self or others, or as mandated by a court order).
- Personal data is managed in compliance with Quebec’s Loi 25 on the protection of personal information.
- Session recordings or notes, if any, are securely stored and used solely for professional purposes.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Coaching sessions must be booked in advance via the website or by direct communication.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
- Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Fees and Payments
- Fees are clearly outlined on the website or provided upon request.
- Payment must be made in advance via [accepted methods, e.g., credit card, e-transfer, etc.].
- No refunds are provided for completed sessions. Refunds for unused sessions in a package will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, following the Consumer Protection Act
6. Consumer Rights (Applicable to Quebec)
- As a client in Quebec, you are entitled to protections under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to clear and transparent information about services and fees.
- If you sign up for a coaching package, you may cancel the contract within 10 days of signing if services have not yet begun.
7. Disclaimer
- Coaching services are provided as is, with no guarantees of specific outcomes.
- Anic Proulx is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching process.
8. Intellectual Property
- Materials, tools, and resources shared during coaching are the exclusive property of [Your Name/Business Name].
- These materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior consent.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice.
- Any unused sessions in a package will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the agreed terms.
10. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is handled in compliance with Quebec’s Loi 25 and federal privacy laws (PIPEDA).
